Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions govern engagements between ROBUST CODE S.A.R.L and its clients, alongside any specific contract signed for a given project.

Scope of Services

Services are defined per engagement in a statement of work or service agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms for matters it explicitly covers.

Engagement & Contracts

A project begins once both parties have signed the relevant agreement and any required deposit has been received.

Fees & Payment

Fees, currency, and payment schedule are set out in the applicable agreement; overdue invoices may result in a pause of active work.

Liability

ROBUST CODE S.A.R.L's liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where limitation is excluded by law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at ROBUST CODE S.A.R.L's registered office, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
